Yes. Our delivery fee starts at $35 for standard deliveries and increases with the size of your order and location of your event.

Yes, this includes any special rigging or framing that we may need or your event.

If we have to return for framework or any of our items, there will be a "strike fee" accessed. After hours and before hours will incur additional fees as well.

​Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remainder is due 15 days from your event.

You will be required to pay in full to secure your slot on our calendar. If your event is less than 7 days way, you may incur rush fees.

The fee is determined by what theme you have chosen and how much it will cost to get your items here for when you need them. 

Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.

Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.
